Leadership Journey for PMs

All of our trainings are experience-based and interactive. That’s why we prefer to call them “Experience” rather than “Training”. They are not only based on technical knowledge but also practical knowledge and aim to show the big picture by answering “Why?” and guide to answer “How?”. Our trainings make all attendees ready to take action on what they have learned and experienced.

Leadership Journey for PMs is an online and 5-days training. The course consists of five live 2-hour online sessions over five consecutive evenings. 2 hours each day has the following content:
