This week Natalya Sergeeva, Associate Professor in the Management of Projects, University College London, will be with us. She will talk about  "The Role of the Project Management Office (PMO) in Stimulating Innovation in Projects Initiated by Owner and Operator Organizations" which is just published in the PMI Project Management Journal this year.

She is an academic and consultant in the area of innovation and project management. Natalya holds a PhD degree in the subject of innovation narratives in the built environment context. Her research interests include applications of organisational theories including sensemaking, narrative, storytelling and social identity in understanding innovation at firm, project and individual levels. Her work has contributed to Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Project Management, Project Management Journal, Construction Management and Economics, International Journal of Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, Creativity and Innovation Management.
