Carlos is internationally recognised as a subject matter expert with 20+ years' experience in managing projects, programmes, portfolios and PMOs, being judge of the Global PMO Awards and a reviewer for PMI and IPMA publications and standards as well as for academic journals.
He's the author of three books including 'Benefits Realization Management: Strategic Value from Portfolios, Programs and Projects' and several articles. He is lecturer, project supervisor and researcher working for MBA and MSc programmes of top universities.
