Douglas Weidner, Chairman of the International Knowledge Management Institute (KM Institute), will explain the imperatives for PMO change leadership in the Knowledge Age in his presentation. Douglas Weidner has been a much respected Knowledge Management (KM) pioneer – practitioner, consultant, keynote speaker, and Chief Knowledge Engineer -- since 1995. He founded the KM Institute and established it as the global KM certification leader based on the acclaimed Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Program. He has personally mentored over 10,000 global CKMers since 2001.
